# October Reset Retreat Policies
## Registration & Payment
Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to reserve your space. Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and limited availability (6–8 participants), spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
## Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your retreat reservation, written notice must be provided via email.
* Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of all payments made.
* Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable.
* No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, illness, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or unused portions of the retreat.
Because retreat expenses, accommodations, meals, supplies, and gifts are purchased in advance based on attendance, no exceptions can be made to this policy.
**Lodging Information**
Retreat accommodations are designed to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. While private sleeping spaces may be available, room assignments will ultimately depend on the final retreat location and occupancy. Some participants may be paired in shared bedrooms with another retreat attendee. We will do our best to create comfortable arrangements and accommodate preferences whenever possible, but private rooms cannot be guaranteed.
## Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your retreat reservation to another woman approved by the retreat host up to 7 days before the retreat.
## Retreat Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all retreat fees paid. The organizer is not responsible for airfare, transportation costs, or other personal expenses incurred.
## Participation
This retreat is designed to be a supportive and respectful environment. Participants are expected to treat fellow attendees, hosts, and property accommodations with kindness and respect. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others, without refund.
## Health & Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for informing the organizer of any dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs before the retreat. Participation in movement, wellness, and recreational activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own discretion.
By registering for the October Reset Retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
